Job Description

1. In charge of the Customer Response Centre (CRC) to provide 24/7 POC and planning support for 3P airlines.

2. TSP Operations Maintenance representative function is to manage the daily operational delivery target and maintenance check TAT with direct implementation of Aircraft maintenance management and the contractual obligations to the customer of Airbus Flight Hour Services Tailored Support Package, including but not limited to Fleet Technical Management implementation, Airframe Maintenance management and execution, FHS component field management.

• To handle and control the performance and delivery of solutions to the customer contract, on cost, time and quality by managing the relationship and services from various Maintenance Repair Organizations, external customers, subsidiaries and partners.
• Responsible for Management of Maintenance and Technical Activities performed by the MRO on behalf of Airbus. Maintenance and Engineering interface between Airbus, its MRO and the Customer.
• Ensures Maintenance activity is being performed in accordance with the latest approved Maintenance Schedule Documentation and Work Instructions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages fleet dispatch reliability and ensure that fleet operates at the highest standards.
• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and surpassed.
