Fabrica AI is creating a future where ideating and developing a robot for any task takes days, not years. We believe that by training end to end controls in simulation with reinforcement learning and above that iterating hardware designs, we can automate the whole development process.

To validate our approaches for our AI system and to collect data, we invented an automatic tile grouting robot that boosts productivity by up to 5x and are piloting it on construction sites in Singapore managed by Woh Hup, BHCC, Gin Chia, Soilbuild, Chan Rong Fen, and Dragages. Tile grouting is the process of filling up the gaps between tiles after the tiles have been laid. We invented a patented robot that is able to automatically grout and clean tile gaps with only a press of a button.

We’ve raised over 3m USD from Hoxton Ventures, Credo Ventures, our Professor from Cambridge University, Woh Hup, ffVC, and the owner of BHCC (listed construction company). STRATEGY EXECUTION

• Development of the marketing strategy and program plan by identifying the appropriate solution or industry program portfolio mix to address the business needs and prioritizing a digital-first, integrated approach
• Drive the relevant approach for teams to deliver on time, on brand, and on budget, while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance
• Adjust marketing campaign plans and shift resources to respond to changing marketing conditions or pipeline gaps. Lead Management - Strong understanding of internal lead management systems in order to oversee proper access and management of leads and to empower teams to improve lead development, quality and flow throughout the customer buying cycle. Review reports to understand the impact of marketing programs on pipeline health and to follow-up on necessary actions to drive alignment with relevant business stakeholders and manage escalations proactively

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree. MBA/Master´s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of professional marketing experience, with solid experience in marketing execution

Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be required to:-

(1) Crewing Matters

• Oversee the timely application, renewal, and cancellation of certificates and documents for new and existing vessels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with relevant authorities and institutions to facilitate inspection and documentation preparation for vessel licenses and certifications
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations team to facilitate crew certification renewals and ensure proper documentation upkeep
• Provide administrative support for vessel sales and charter agreements, including documentation preparation and coordination with business partners
• Ensure prompt preparation of vessels and crew for Outside Port Limit (OPL) jobs, including immigration clearance and departure/arrival applications
• Offer basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance for crew
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

(2) Publicity and Staff Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Fleet-wide initiatives aimed at fostering internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate staff communications, cohesion activities, events, and ceremonies to promote a positive organisational culture
• Develop creative publicity and communications strategies to showcase staff achievements, new initiatives, and projects across various media platforms

The successful candidate shall preferably possess:-

• A degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the maritime and/or logistics industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent critical thinking and numeracy skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail

• Safe assembly of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) circuit on the Heart Lung Machine (HLM).
• Safe conduct and management of CPB, working in close coordination with the heart surgeons and anesthetists. Under supervision.
