• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in deep excavation works.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of site safety personnel.

• Possess Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health Disciplines, or related qualifications.

• Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and has been practising as WSHO for at least 5 years.

• Has obtained certificate in development of a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.

• Has obtained certificate in DfS appreciation course.

• Good communication skills and a competent team leader

Job Description

To support company in the general housekeeping tasks and duties, as instructed, to maintain a clean environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the shifting of company equipments and items as and when assigned
• Ensure the company plants are watered and grass level at standardized level
• Minor repair and maintenance work
• Cleaning of general areas, including and not limited to office, washroom and compound of the manufacturing plant

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processes customer orders

• Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
• Issue material requisition form
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Organizes and maintain reference files

• Support the project management to complete the piping works in scheduled time with safe manner.
• Ensuring all the piping works is being done as per project specification and standards.
• Monitoring subcontractor’s day to day activity and work progress. Coordination with fabrication shop and painting shop for priority pipes and spools.
• Supervise, check and review of Isometric Drawing & P&ID in every system for status verification and conformity as per latest revision and update necessary for pipe spools installations, tie-ins (welding/flange connections), the closure/golden welds details.
• Conducting toolbox talk on daily basis at work spot. Identified the hazards in the work field and take precautions to eliminate the hazards.
• Attending walkthrough with construction management and conforming the rectification of their comments.

Responsibilities:

1. Primary Roles: Customer Service Support

a. Handles incoming enquiries, live chat.

b. Coordinate e-shop customer registration, order processing, e-marketplace coordination (Shopee, Eezee, etc)

c. Reporting and documentation for e-shop & leads

d. Coordinate with local supplier & internal procurement team to check availability of stock, pricing and delivery.

e. Coordinate with Warehouse local team to arrange local collection or delivery & with shipping department for overseas shipping arrangement.

f. Prepare necessary paperwork, such as quotations, Proforma invoices, etc.

g. Follow-up quotations & Orders

h. Onboarding customers to new Digital commerce platform

Requirements:

1. At least GCE “O” levels or SPM

2. At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales experience in handling overseas customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone

• Track project progress, update within team members & management on milestones and provide regular status reports on ongoing projects.
• Assist in estimating project costs, monitor project budgets and work closely with Project Engineer to meet project timelines wthin schedule & budget.
