Basic Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct research on perovskite deposition technology and devices to enhance the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells and reduce costs.
Ø Responsible for developing thin film deposition processes to enhance the surface/interface and bulk properties required for high-efficiency photovoltaic devices.
Ø Develop and maintain processes and equipment related to thin film vacuum deposition.
Ø Design, execute, and analyze experiments, and submit reports and analyses as required.
Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Experience:
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in engineering or a similar technical discipline with a focus on solar cells, LEDs, etc.
Required Skills/Competencies:
Ø Experience with photovoltaics is preferred.
Ø Specialized knowledge in the development of evaporation/sputtering/atomic layer deposition.
Ø Deep understanding of thin film vacuum deposition technology and basic understanding of thin film and device characterization.
Ø Proven history of developing new technologies and processes for high-performance solar cells, preferably perovskite solar cells.
Ø Ability to handle complex data, analyze, and communicate results effectively.
Ø Ability to coordinate activities between various engineering and operations teams. Good verbal and written communication skills.
