Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CTP, FMVA) are a bonus.
• 5-10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related fields.
• Experience managing banking relationships, cash flow, and liquidity.
• Skilled in negotiating terms with banks and financial institutions.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange, hedging, and risk management.
• Experience with capital markets, funding solutions, and working capital.
• Exposure to ship financing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in treasury management systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel).
• Understanding of financial markets, banking products, and currency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Attention to detail, especially with compliance and regulations.
• Knowledge of global financial regulations (KYC, AML, tax laws).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or any related field
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess keen knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and the industry in general
• Able to work independently and a multitasker/ able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
