Your role in the team

To ensure efficient and economical supply of spares, stores and services to the assets as member of the shore based fleet team, in order to support continued and efficient asset operations.

Your responsibilities and tasks include:

· Collecting price inquiries for spares/stores/services with different vendors, verifying the received offers and comparing them with the requests. If appropriate, negotiate the commercial and legal framework with vendors and eventually propose valid quotations for approval;

· Placing purchase orders for spares/stores/services after approval, instructing vendors and following up on POs and delivery;

· Managing the supply of spares/stores/services to the asset including determining the most efficient and economical means and route of transport, coordination and follow-up of deliveries and supplies, taking care of customs formalities/forwarding documents and keeping the team informed on the delivery date;

· Continuous improvement by performing vendor evaluations, sharing process optimization best practices with the Head of Procurement and Logistics and participation in briefings with the senior on board personnel.

· Assisting the Technical Superintendent with the day-to-day technical management of the vessels

Role Description

• Focus on Real Estate. Main focus in Singapore also in UK, Australia and New Zealand

• Able to model waterfall models, development budgets, cashflow and investor return summary

• Assist the CIO to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors

• Assist the CIO to manage investment bankers and financing proposal

• Assist the CIO to answer questions from investors

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of working experience in investment analysis, real estate, or related fields.

• Familiar with real estate markets in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, including waterfall models and cash flow analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with real estate analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Argus, CoStar).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties:

As company’s host, acts as a manager of first impressions, ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience entering the company’s Experience Centre. The host reflects our values and embodies our brand, setting the stage for the visitor’s experience. The host helps assess customers’ needs and the reason for their visit. At the same time, they are our showroom guides, helping customers find their way around the showroom so that they can browse with confidence.

Greeting the customer

1. Providing a warm welcome to each and every customer entering our experience centre, making them feel at home

2. Asking customer for their beverage of choice and serving them upon arrival

3. Managing large customer numbers during high traffic in the experience centre

4. Asking customers whether they have scheduled an appointment/test drive and registering correspondingly in lead management system

5. Pulling up and informing our Sales Expert of customer profile if customer is already registered with the company.

Guiding the customer and optimizing their experience

6. Helping customers gain the immersive company’s experience that is right for them, while giving them an overview of the showroom

7. Setting the stage for the experience by performing a high-level assessment of needs at first contact in order to direct customers to the appropriate experience

8. Conducting quick showroom tours at slow traffic

9. Guiding customers to the relevant responsible Expert

10. Performing first-level troubleshooting for dissatisfied customers and directing them towards the right contact person in the experience centre

Serving as a brand ambassador

11. Being the first point of contact and introducing customers to the company through high-level snapshots of brand/product offerings, building anticipation of what is to come

The Host contributes to the team in the following ways

1. Making sure the customer journey starts smoothly

2. Capturing and transferring basic data to back office and Sales Experts

3. Maintaining an overview over the team and communicating needs and resources within the team

4. Actively utilizing times with lower traffic in the showroom for tasks that are not customer centric

5. Searching actively for open tasks during low traffic in the showroom

6. Supporting reception in providing phone service

7. Being the one responsible for the showroom, including exhibition organization together with Sales Experts, and upholding quality standards with regard to appearance

8. Planning the exhibition area in coordination with Sales Managers and Sales Experts to ensure the demonstration vehicle selection is always optimized and up to date with new products and technologies

9. Support all customer experience facilities in the House of Progress as golf and racing simulator

•     Must have at least 2 years of developer experience, along with knowledge of Flutter.

•     Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field.

•     At least 2 years of professional experience in full lifecycle & full stack (front end + back end) application integration and development .

•     Hands-on implementation experience in building scalable web applications

•     Experience in following domain area/ technology/ programming languages

o     Server-side programming languages: JavaScript, Python

o     Experience in SQL database

o     Must have experience in DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline and/or DevOps tool chains

Facilities Manager, report to senior Facilities Management and Procurement Manager

Key responsibilities:

Office Lease Management:

•     Manage the acquisition, negotiation, and administration include contracting of office leases across all regional locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Client Relationship located in Singapore. The Investment Client Relationship will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of our clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to grow the client base. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the Regional Cloud Infrastructure hosting critical business solutions across the region.
• Assist with Cloud Consolidation and Integration into a unified Cloud platform for the region.
• Plan, design, and establish the necessary infrastructure for Operational Companies (OPCOs) to connect with both Global and Regional solutions.
• Contribute to various regional IT infrastructure projects, focusing primarily on infrastructure development and the elimination of legacy hosted infrastructure.
• Support SD-WAN and other regional infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Country IT teams to implement and support Global IT Security initiatives.
