SG Her Empowerment (SHE) is a dynamic startup in the non-profit sector that strives to empower and uplift girls and women in Singapore. We are a small yet effective team that works closely with our partners to develop and deliver programmes, research, and public engagement efforts.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Programmes & Partnerships Director to plan, develop, and execute programmes relating to the advancement of girls and women in Singapore, including programmes on online harms and gender inequality. This role will also involve establishing and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders from the private sector, public sector and community organisations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Your key duties and responsibilities shall include:
1. Developing and implementing SHE’s programmes;
2. Developing and maintaining SHE’s programme-related partnerships and identifying new ways to grow these relationships;
3. Sourcing and monitoring SHE’s programme-related funding;
4. Identifying and sourcing new programme partnership opportunities, including with key stakeholders;
5. Negotiating and finalising partnerships arrangements or agreements;
6. Tracking programme KPIs for SHE;
7. Serving as the touchpoint to SHE’s programme partners;
8. Forecasting, measuring, and reporting the impact of SHE’s programmes, including co-created and/or co-branded programmes;
9. Preparing and attending meetings as needed, including with board;
10. Working with the CEO on programme strategies and implementation; and
11. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Salary Range & Benefits
- $6,000 to $8,000 depending on experience;
- Medical and dental benefits coverage; and
- Reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the Company's work.
Job Location & Working Arrangements
We adopt a hybrid working arrangement. Our office is centrally located in the Bukit Merah area and is connected by bus and MRT links.
Basic Pre-requisites
- A basic bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
- 8-10 years prior relevant experience;
- Previous NGO and social sector experience preferred;
- Ability to thrive in a driven, fast-paced, corporate style startup environment; and
- Passionate about SHE’s mission and work.
Core Competencies:
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful programmes;
- Excellent project management and organisational skills;
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders/projects;
- Able to deal with tight deadline and delivery schedules;
- Ability to manage team members or past supervisory experience;
- Independent contributor and good team player; and
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
