Job Purpose

Responsible for accurate and timely recording of Club’s Point of Sales transactions / other miscellaneous receipts, and related matters

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Ensure daily sales and cash up reports tally with the system

· Check Club’s to cash deposits, PayNow, NETS and credit card settlement against bank statement

· Issue and monitor vouchers

· Post miscellaneous receipts in the system

· Perform surprise cash counts at Club’s outlets

· Record receipts from customers and members

· Collate entertainment claims receipts from users and update the details in excel on a monthly basis

· Engage with internal stakeholders (business units) on POS matters

· Work with Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive on AR related matters such as sending of monthly statement, update of collections in the system, keying in of daily tenants sales etc

· Initiate monthly GIRO collection from members of Club

· Perform monthly GST reconciliation

· Handle members and non-members queries via phone calls or emails

· Creation of vendor in the system

· Ensure that Financial Instructions Manual, accounting standards, financial policies and all relevant statutory requirements and procedures for financial matters are adhered to

· Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement within financial processes and participate in relevant IT system development or enhancements

· Any other matters as required based on business needs

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably with 1-2 years of general accounting experience

· Sense of initiative and responsibility with the ability to work with minimal supervision

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Analytical and meticulous, a team player

· Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

· Familiar with ERP accounting system or other financial systems

Job Responsibilities

1. Reports directly to the section engineer and/or designate

2. Carry out all laboratory tests and measurements accurately in accordance to procedure

3. Prepares standards and reagents for analysis in accordance to procedure

4. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments

Job Requirement

1. Candidate with Diploma in Chemical or science discipline preferred (fresh graduates from local polytechnic)

3. Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally and good interpersonal skills

4. Basic understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions

· Assist in payroll-related matters

· Manage and handle employee records in HRMS System

· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance

· Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding

· Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters

· Manage E-leave & E-attendance via HRMS System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval, and daily employee attendance

· Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training records, etc.

· Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner

· Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

· Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Job Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in worker management will be an added advantage

· At least 2-3 years of payroll-related experience

· Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices

· Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

· A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
