Human kinases and epigenetic proteins are important therapeutic targets. Recent development of selective and potent inhibitors of proteins has yielded remarkable results in disease treatment, with numerous drugs already on the market, and many more undergoing clinical trials. Notwithstanding, the discovery of new covalent kinase and epigenetic drugs remains highly challenging, including issues related to selectivity, efficacy and acquired drug resistance. Taking cue from the kinase drug discovery field, the hypothesis of these projects is that a universal strategy for targeted covalent inhibitors (TCIs) capable of potent target inhibition and minimal acquired drug resistance is possible, if highly effective small molecules could be developed to covalently target non-cysteine (C) nucleophilic residues within/near the active-site of kinase/epigenetic proteins. Our recent discovery of covalent kinase inhibitors against BCR-ABL (a key kinase for CML) in which CBA/SA and EBA warheads formed stable, (reversible and irreversible) covalent linkage with catalytic lysine (K) in Abl kinase under cellular environments indicates other covalent chemistries are feasible. Therefore, the goal of the current proposals is to confirm covalent chemistries targeting other nucleophilic residues (E/D/R/M/etc) are possible, and amenable to the development of cell-active, selective TCIs for various therapeutic proteins.

The scope of this proposal will be limited to the fundamental basic science, and NOT the actual clinical implementation, of the developed chemical/chemical biology tools. Therefore, only cell-based and basic animal models will be tested on newly developed, select small-molecule TCIs. About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our managed Healthcare team to drive the development and expansion of our Healthcare service provider network.

What You'll be Doing

• Build strong and strategic relationships & partnerships with new and existing panel providers to drive improved value & outcomes for our patients and ensure that quality of care and operational targets are achieved.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of operational activities including project management, reporting, implementation, problem resolution and other activities to facilitate strong relationships with providers.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with a positive approach.
• Provide support in panel management, panel recruitment and engagement to facilitate seamless delivery of services.
• Provide insights to the development, review, and negotiation and of provider contracts.
• Manage communication with providers including escalations & resolutions to issues, provide advisory to providers regarding current processes, new or updated policies and procedures.
• Monitor, review, report and conduct analysis on provider performance, metrics and data such as billing, utilization, referrals, benefit design and service quality for operational and business planning.
• Review potential business opportunities, functional models, process improvements, and propose optimal solutions that enhances service efficiency, patience-centered care and patient experience.
• Drive improvement in patient care management.
• Support any other ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

Looking for condominium block cleaner at Hougang Ave 7 , weekly sundays and PH off. 6 days a week 8.00am to 5 pm . Job Description:

• Work closely with local counterparts for budget submission and consolidation
• Work with various stakeholders to align on metrics definitions, targets and business views
• Prepare budget reports and business performance updates to senior management team
• Run scenario planning and forward forecast, build 1/5-year plan baseline
• Perform regular reconciliation exercise across all markets, identify and research the gap between forecast and actual expenses
• Identify the areas for efficiency improvement, cost savings and investments
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders – local counterparties and other regional functions across the organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or relevant disciplines
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a FP&A role
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organised, demonstrates skills in prioritisation & ability to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
