You will oversee customer service interactions, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently, while also managing administrative tasks that support the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for parents and students, delivering exceptional customer service.

- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and manage inquiries with care and professionalism.
