The multi-disciplinary research project focuses on developing microfluidic organ-on-a-chip models and 3D bioprinted constructs for dental applications. A Research fellow position is available in Dr. Anand Andiappan Laboratory at the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN). The successful candidate will support the research work that focuses on studying allergenomics and immunogenicity in the context of human health. The candidate will work on primary cells from cohorts and cell culture systems towards understanding allergenicity and immune responses. Additional work involves cellular and stimulation assays with flow cytometry and FACS analysis along with imaging by microscopy, and associated data analysis with statistical tested.
