Key Responsibilities:

• Audit & Vetting performance monitoring and preparation for vetting in close liaison with in-house Marine, Operations & Technical Departments
• Arrange office interviews for seagoing officers
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Crew Department personnel
• Prepare crewing budget and follow up crewing account matter
• Maintain, update, and disseminate company instruction to vessel, manning office and concerned parties
• Lead and oversee various activities for the welfare and morale programs for sea personnel and their families and union matters
• Other related ad hoc duties assigned by the Crewing Manager

Key Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in Maritme crewing operations
• Proficiency in Danaos / ShipMate

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3600
• Performance bonus (up to 3 months)
• Location: Newton (2 minutes walk from MRT station)
• 5 days work week @ 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to collect outstanding payments
• Ensure timely and effective collection of all debts
• Negotiate re-payment plans
• Liaise with lawyer to follow up the legal actions against bad paymasters
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure the debts are clear
• Resolve queries about the outstanding debts
• Update daily receipts to the accounting system
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field
• Min 1 years of relevant experience in credit control
