The Opportunity:

The Marketing intern will play a vital role in executing online and offline marketing strategies for the company. This role involves managing various marketing initiatives across different platforms, including events coordination, digital content creation, and partnership management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, your tasks could include

Online Marketing:

• Upkeep content creation, including but not limited to – ideating and creating videos for social media (TikTok, IG videos and etc). Ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across platforms, stay updated on the current trend and analyse performance data and insights to optimise content strategy, maximising engagement and reach on social channels.
• Source and liaise with various digital platforms for content distribution such as relevant articles and listicles, video collaborations, and any other online features.
• Source and facilitate communication with third-party creators/influencers such as PR drops, promotional activities, and any other sponsored content.
• Conduct research, provide recommendations and justifications, and craft proposals for potential new marketing platform opportunities.
• Collate market intelligence by keeping close eye on competitors to maintain brand's competitive edge.

Offline Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and staff onsite during weekend activations and events such as health fairs, roadshows and pop-ups in medical and retail channels.
• Collaborate with designers to create marketing collaterals, including but not limited to, product fact sheets, brochures, promotional posters, and coordinate with agencies, printers, and vendors to meet project timelines. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines when developing marketing & events collateral materials.
• Reach out or liaise for sponsorships and partnerships.

You will also be responsible for any other projects or tasks that may arise.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline.
• Digitally savvy and proficient in computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Passion in Marketing – aware of latest marketing, social media and ecommerce trends.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Scope

1. Input invoices received from Local Vendors
2. AP invoice EDI
3. Check and tally monthly Export/Import/General Expenses submitted by Agents against Tariffs and Rates in Company’s system.
4. EDI monthly reports into system after reports checked and in order.
5. Arrange payment or receipt to/from agents.

Job Requirements:

· Some practical experience in working with accounts/bookkeeping.

· Diploma or its equivalent

· 1 year of experience in account, experience would be a distinct advantage/ fresh graduates with a diploma in accounting (or similar) would be welcome too.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Practical experience in Microsoft Business Central preferred

The Opportunity:

You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and support sales distribution and brand building activities for channel expansion within Singapore. During this internship, the candidate will also gain good exposure with hands-on working experience to key account management in a local retail FMCG business and deliver brand objectives. This will be a hybrid role where the intern will be require to be on field visits, as well as work in the office.

In this role, your tasks could include:

• Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to Identify trends and market opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

· Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities

· Schedule and execute all the required inspections and tests are being carried out in accordance with the approved plan and keep proper documentation.

· Liaise and coordinate with system provider, contractors and authorities, to establish the testing & commissioning schedule.

· Organize and lead the integrated test meetings with internal and external parties

· Development of Test & Commissioning Plans and Integrated Test Plans

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies
