• CSE Handle inbound calls from customers. Objective: Provides first call resolution.

Position Overview:

As the president of Kao Singapore, the role involves taking a medium to long-term perspective and ensuring the accurate execution of Kao Group's objectives and the "Global Sharp-Top" strategy in accordance with its fundamental policies and the Kao Way. Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in overseeing and guiding the organisation’s overall business strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with the vision and goals set by Japan Headquarters.
• Define strategic objectives, develop actionable plans, and fostering effective coordination among various departments to enhance efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
• Facilitate and strengthen collaboration between Japan Headquarters and Singapore’s office to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and optimize operational performance
• Monitor the organisation’s performance to ensure business activities meet financial objectives, including revenue, profitability, and cost management.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and Japan Headquarters to ensure a shared understanding of goals and strategic direction.

Requirement:

• Minimum 15 year's experience in FMCG industry and have strong business acumen.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is preferred to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to Japan Headquarter.
• Proven track record of leading and driving teams to achieve and exceed established goals and objectives

• Provide quality Management and Administrative support
• Oversee an efficient and effective day to day operations of the branch or outlet
• Coach and develop colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained
• Assist in the development strategy plans
• Assist Managers complete daily tasks (implementing new policies)
• Understand each department's daily processes and goals
• Participate in company's strategic planning
• Assist Manager in evaluating performance (writing reports and data)
• Monitor and manage customer complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback
• Implement and Improve customers retention measures
• Attract customers by answering product and service questions
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-Oriented or Passionate about serving customers
• Knowledge or experience in management or relevant similar field is a plus
