• Administering medications: Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IVs as per doctor's orders, while monitoring for side effects.
• Assisting in procedures: Helping doctors with minor procedures and treatments such as dressing wounds, inserting catheters, and assisting in diagnostic tests.
• Monitoring patient progress: Keeping track of patients' recovery and alerting the medical team about any changes in condition.
• Maintaining patient records: Accurately documenting patient observations, medications administered, treatments given, and other essential information.
• Reporting changes in health status: Informing the attending physician or healthcare team about significant changes in the patient’s condition.

Requirement

• Qualification: A Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Registration: Nurses must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and critical thinking.
