Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain the company's accounts – accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
3. Update account schedule periodically and conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements.
4. Prepare GST filing and submit it to IRAS accurately and timely.
5. Prepare tax returns for the company and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
6. Ensure salary, CPF, and Workers' Levy are paid accurately and timely.
7. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries accurately.
8. Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Take up additional admin duties to support the company's operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience and ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business.
2. Good communication skills as this position requires communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
3. Sound interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
4. Ability to work independently with solid accountability.
5. Proficient in computer skills and high efficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with learners, course leaders, and stakeholders to facilitate the successful launch and completion of courses.
• Address learners’ enquiries and feedback related to courses and funding matters.
• Manage course applications, enrolments, billing processes, and all related correspondences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ABAP programs for HR Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management modules.
• Design and implement ODATA services to support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Lead and execute upgrade projects, ensuring efficient retrofit changes and seamless dual landscape maintenance.
• Create and optimize CDS Views and AMDP for SAP HANA to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to support testing phases, including functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Establish and maintain high-quality development standards and best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HR ABAP for Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.

• Hands-on experience with ODATA services and integration with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
