• Coordinate BIM processes for M&E systems throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and workflows
• Perform clash detection and resolution for M&E systems
• Create and manage 3D models of mechanical and electrical systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in M&E systems
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and standards
• Excellent 3D modeling and coordination skills
• Familiarity with building codes and standards related to M&E systems
• Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
