• Is present in the lobby and at the reception in order to meet guests on a daily basis, enhance guest satisfaction

Job Description

• Possess knowledge of environmental design, and green building rating tools [LEED, Green Mark, WELL].
• Conversant with environmental simulations such as energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD. And familiarity with embodied carbon analysis.
• Lead pro-active coordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve a high-quality
• consistent set of presentation and design documents.
• Proactively check and coordinate project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.).
• Familiarity with local sustainability regulations and codes.
• Able and motivated to update skills and expertise through continuing professional development (CPD) initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a field related to building engineering, sustainability, architecture.
• Minimum three-years’ experience within sustainability consulting or building engineering.
• Possess minimum one green building accreditation, such as Green Mark AP [required], LEED AP [desired], WELL AP [desired]
• Experience in energy modelling, daylight analysis, and CFD.
• Software skills in AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, IES VE, Adobe.

Winning Work & Client Relationships

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships.
• Responsible for achievement of revenue and relevant utilisation targets, developing of client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Business Development. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs, and signoff as required.

Project Delivery

• Accountable for the overall success of all aspects of projects assigned. This includes but is not limited to contract negotiation, project management, managing timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance, communication, and scope management of the projects, in line with the Aurecon methodology.
• Accountable for effective closeout of projects and debrief on all projects with the client, Client Relationship Executive/Managers and Project Leaders; responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing all technical aspects of projects.

Financial management

• Manage project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projects; ensure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.

People Management & Competency Development

• Responsible for the leadership, management, development, and motivation of team, ensuring the ongoing development of careers and competencies, services and technologies within the Service Group.

What can you bring to the team?

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and minimum 10+ years’ relevant professional/technical experience and/or specialization, project management qualification and solid technical expertise
• High level engineering consulting and client management skills, experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects (i.e. Data centre design or related will be highly regarded)
• Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills, with a strong client focus and proven track record in business development
• Ability to manage projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills
• Ability to lead a team of junior staff

• Manage and work with project team to assigned project(s).
• Perform engineering duties such as engineering calculations, planning, tender, estimates, costing, taking off measurement. Preparation/Evaluations as part of the engineering project team.

Requirement:
