The incumbent will be required to provide pastoral leadership, care, and ministry support to the Youth Ministry (YM) in partnership with the Youth Committee and Church School Exco.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being part of the Youth Ministry, the incumbent will be working closely in consultation with the pastor overseeing the Youth Ministry to plan, direct and grow the Youth Ministry through planning of activities/programmes/events, engaging of youth and their families and ministry volunteers, relational journeying alongside the youth and providing pastoral care, leadership and discipleship.

This role will require a willingness to work on non-traditional schedules which includes evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to get time off on a weekday.

The responsibilities include:
1. Plan the Central Teaching calendar in consultation with the pastor overseeing the Youth Ministry.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems etc
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations

Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Main criteria two: You must have good track record of having successfully completed satisfactory handovers of residential projects, which are extensively remodeled, which you must be the project lead (overseeing design, detailing and construction drawings). We expect these projects to be worth at least hundreds of thousands of dollars project type.

Main criteria three: Because of your passion and experiences, you should have good knowledge of building materials (old and new), have kept yourself abreast with industry trends, brands, design types and possess curiosity with new design and material applications, always wondering how to improve and innovate further.
