Client Care

· Assist in the maintenance rehabilitation of clients.

· Assist physiotherapist and occupational therapist in implementing the rehabilitation program of clients.

· Assist client in their ambulation and movement in the centre and during transferring up and down from vehicle as well.

· Assist and guide clients in the performance of their prescribed exercise routines and programmes.

· Lead clients in group physical and cognitive session.

· Coordinate with other colleagues to provide quality care to clients.

Administration

· Responsible to and liaise with the therapists in all matters pertaining to administration.

· Report clients’ progress to the therapist in-charge.

Centre Care / Maintenance

· Maintain rehabilitation equipment and report malfunctioning or wear and tear.

· Ensure that all electrical items are switched off before leaving the centre.

• Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and commissioning BMS system and/or PLC/Process Automation applications, especially with Schneider Electric products in Data Centres
• Experience writing industrial control applications
• Strong problem solving and detective skills
• Ability to work effectively alone and in a group setting, team oriented, self-motivated, and results driven
• Work according to specified project playbook and commissioning plan while being resourceful and versatile in finding sources of information to solve problems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality solutions
• Multi-task, handle conflicting priorities, and triage issues.
• Knowledgeable in computer programming languages (VB, C#, C++)
• Knowledgeable in computer networking architectures, topologies, and hardware
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft operating systems and software applications
• Experience with industry standard communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Modbus TCP/IP and Ethernet IP, BACnet Experience with integrating devices from multiple vendors into a packaged solution
• Advanced understanding of electrical circuits.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Sales

• Manage and grow the assigned hospitals / clinics / polyclinics sectors.
• Gather and give feedbacks on competitors’ activities
• Communicate business trends internally within the team and to Manager.
• Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition.
• Monitoring performance of existing products
• Submit daily / weekly / monthly reports on activities, call planning and sector analysis to Manager.

Product/Marketing

• Organize and/or participate in talks, events and product exhibitions.
• Promotional activities for product
• Ensure the smooth running of promotions in the assigned hospitals / polyclinics / clinics sector
• Regular blitz in the assigned hospitals/ polyclinics

Job Requirements

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
• A passion to excel in sales.
• Dynamic & team player.
• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Life Sciences/ Biomedical Science.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or related sales is preferred.
