We are looking for experienced junior and senior full-time Field Service Engineers to provide End User Computing or Deskside support to Multinational companies in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities & Requirement:

Primary

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
• Handles asset and peripherals inventory management.
• Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
• Provide smart hands support for networks and servers
• Able to support off hours or require to perform ad hoc duties as and when needed
• Familiar with Service Desk ticketing systems and process.
• VIP support
• Able to support off hours or require to perform ad hoc duties as and when needed

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• At least 3 years of IT deskside support experiences for junior level.
• At least more than 6 years of IT deskside support experiences for senior level.
• A good team player.

• Previous experience as a Head / Lead Baker, running a baking operation and overseeing other bakers
• As a Head / Lead baker you are responsible to produce a full range of breads using the company’s recipe specifications
• Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products

Responsbilities

• Lead design and architecture of Java and OpenText ECM Projects Implementation
• Lead technical solution in OpenText bids/proposals.
• Interacting with the project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the client’s needs.
• Key presenter for OpenText proposals or technical solution discussions
• Define technical solution risks for any OpenText projects/proposals.
• Analyse user requirements and perform estimations.
• Review and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Demo project/product release to key stakeholders
• Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.
• Provide assistance and support with OpenText ECM technical-related issues to the customers.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
• Produce Technical and Operational documentation.
• Provide assistance and support to the customers for the Security Vulnerabilities issues.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.
• Candidate must be an OpenText-certified resource.
• Candidate must be PMP and Agile Scrum certified.
• Minimally 16+ years of working experience in the design and architecture of OpenText ECM project implementation.
• Working experience with one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers, Unix Networking, and Databases.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in techniques for performance testing and tuning RDBMS query performance
• Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments.
• Good understanding of internet protocols, network and application security methods.

• The Architect/Design Architect plans, designs and leads the construction
• He/She helps prepare project details and drawings for the clients.
• He/She takes into account the needs of clients, purposes of construction and the clients’ budgets.
• He/She advises the clients on project execution and oversees the quality and progress of work done. This includes arranging contracts between clients and builders.
• He/She also visits construction sites to ensure work is properly done.
• He/She discusses any problems with clients and stakeholders.
• He/She keeps in contact with people from various departments and private companies.
• He/She acts on behalf of the clients to contact other parties involved in the project.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Excellent technical drawing skills
• Proficient in MS Office and programs such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent creative and visualization skills
