• Ensure timely and effective collection of all debts
• Negotiate re-payment plans
• Liaise with lawyer to follow up the legal actions against bad paymasters
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure the debts are clear
• Resolve queries about the outstanding debts
• Update daily receipts to the accounting system
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties

Key Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in credit control
• Possess knowledge of hire purchase operations and the whole cycle of legal process

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Nitec

· Relevant experience in Construction materials, machinery and equipment.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.

· Work well under pressure and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

• Providing prices for all materials included in project plans and drawings
• Identifying potential suppliers and new products
• Dealing effectively with challenges with suppliers and the flow of materials
• Ensuring the flow of materials to maximise efficiency
• Providing advice to the project estimator on the predicted cost of individual items
• Liaising closely with QS at the tendering stage to ensure that an accurate project cost is provided

Administrative:

• Records of Assets and maintaining well‐organised work schedules for the stock take
• Contacting a range of suppliers and sub‐contractors to obtain quotations
• Collate survey report on the reliability of sub‐contractors and suppliers from project team
• Ensuring compliance with the specifications, safety, health and environment requirements of materials and services
• Negotiating and agreeing the most favourable terms possible with suppliers once a contract has been secured
• Raising orders for supplies.
• Assist to keep track and record of organisation logistics and machinery needs
• Assist in daily coordination across departments
