· Assist with month-end closing activities (bank reconciliation, BS schedules and audit schedules), intercompany reconciliation, quarterly GST submission and income tax filing process

· Prepare analysis of accounts as and when required.

· Maintain fixed assets register.

· Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.

· Maintain good documentation and filing system.

· Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting.

· Preparation of financial statements to meet statutory requirements and in compliance with the FRS will be added advantages.

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, & bankers as and when required.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma in Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experince in AP/AR/GL & preparation of financial statements.

· Meticulous and attentive to accuracy.

· Able to multi-task and possesses strong initiative.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to read and write Mandarin is preferred as the incumbent is require to work closely with the China office

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel spreadsheet, SAP and Xero.

-Lead the product management team of PTC and IIJ group companies in developing and executing product strategies for our own cybersecurity products, integrating both engineering and marketing aspects.

-Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure that our product and offers exceed the evolving needs of our customers in the dynamic cybersecurity landscape.

-Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the cybersecurity space in ASEAN region.

-Work closely with engineering teams in some countries including Japan to align product development with customer needs and technical feasibility.

-Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, ASEAN team members, and developers in Japan.

[Job Requirement]

-Over 15 years of experience in the IT network industry operating globally. Successful candidate must be in the IT network industry for the last 5 consecutive years, as to have extensive knowledge and experience in the latest IT network market.Additionally, experience in companies specializing in cybersecurity-related services within the IT network industry is highly desirable.

-At least 5 years of marketing experience in managing cybersecurity products for multinational clients, with security technology expertise. Successful candidate is expected to possess marketing experience of ZTNA and/or SASE.

-At least 5 years of practical experience as an engineer in the IT network/server infrastructure domain.

-At least 5 years of project management experience in developing IT network infrastructure, combining system integration, solutions, and proprietary services for the enterprize clients such as clients in cross-border operations, listed companies, government body and large financial institutions.

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related field. MBA would be an added advantage.

-Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and successful product launches.
