Key Responsibilities:

This role is a core member of the APAC HQ team. The mission of the person is 2 fold.

Transformation of the Finacne Organization. This include but not limited to the following:

▪ Division Operating Profit implementation / roll out

▪ New Planning Tool Rollout

▪ Legal Entity Reduction

▪ Create / prepare Statutory KPI for Joint Ventures

▪ Working Capital roll out including new DPO (Days Payable)

▪ Cash Flow forecasting and automation of reconciliation with bank balance

Business Controlling

▪ Be the FP&A for selected region/business to partner with business managers to drive:

• Monthly business profitability / monitor/understand/analysis of key KPI for business success

• Budget process

• Forecast process.

Promote sustainable business growth by strengthening financial stewardship and promoting an effective control environment

The person will collaborate with the Finance leadership in the APAC + India to execute the above deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Recognized Degree in Accountancy/Finance with solid accounting and process knowledge. (CPA/ACCA preferred though not required)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance.

• Project management skills is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and self-starter, going the extra mile.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Advanced MS Excel skill is required as the role requires analysis and automation of reporting Advantage

• Experience with process improvements and reporting automation is preferred.

• Experience in MS Dynamics ERP (D365) is an added advantage.

• Other Good PC skills including MS ppt, consolidation tool such as HFM, etc.

• Exposure to JV partnership support and accounting a plus.

• Treasury experience and FX hedging expertise highly valued

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and propose viable solutions.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions with the project team to generate innovative solutions and concepts.
• Develop 2D visual representations and presentations to effectively convey product functionality.
• Clearly communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirement & Qualification:

• Possess a degree in Industrial Design or Product Design; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in sketching, prototyping, and 3D modeling.
• Experience in engineering would be an advantage
• Comfortable with acquiring new skills and finding solutions for unfamiliar tasks.
• Familiarity with basic manufacturing techniques and materials.
• Solid understanding of hardware and manufacturing processes.
• Capable of conducting thorough research and analysis.
• Willingness to push boundaries and innovate.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as being an effective team player.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and adept at managing tight timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional and responsible manner.

Position Objective

● To support the day-to-day operations of the uniform shop and book room

● To maintain inventory for the uniform shop and book room and replenish as needed

● Liaise with appointed uniform vendor on pre-order

Responsibilities

● Manage uniforms sales/returns and exchanges, assist with pre-order and coordinate with the appointed uniform

vendor on the delivery

● Coordinate on uniform repairs between parents and the appointed uniform vendor

● Supply of stock to the appointed uniform vendor from off-site storage

● Sale of sport gear

● Liaise with suppliers and vendors on purchase, re-order, re-works etc

● Submit daily sale report and ensure cash tallies with inventory sales

● Assist with the wrapping, coding and inventory of text books

● Coordinate with students and teachers on book issuances and purchase of new titles

● Follow-up on low book title inventory and outstanding books with teachers

● Carry out accurate stock-take of uniforms and book items

● Ad-hoc duties from time to time as assigned by immediate supervisor

The work requirements and time can be changed, replaced or added at any point to suit the school’s new requirements as it

is deemed necessary by the Uniform Shop Supervisor or Director of Facilities Management & Administration.

Qualifications

● 2 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment

● Relevant experience in an international school environment is preferable

● Similar experience in retail management
