Responsibilities:

Assisting in Team Administration/Co-ordination with Fund Administrator and Administration within the Company:

• Able to establish and verify statement of banks against trading contract note
• Provide co-ordination with Group Fund Management Company’s activities
• Updating/checking of Register of Shareholders to ensure proper records
• Third party mini accounting spreadsheet
• Provide administration duties (i.e. filings, stationery organization, etc)
• Data entry of funds transactions
• Ad Hoc duties as request by Manager

Assisting Accounting of Companies:

• Data entry
• Print e-banking bank statement & monthly bank balance check
• Check of payable and receivable situation
• Assisting in establishment of invoices and payment check
• Assisting in quarterly closing and reporting to the Management
• Inter Company balance check and reporting to Group management
• Verification and/or establishment of the evidence of the activity (contract, invoices, mail, confirmations etc.)
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and the yearly audit
• Coordination duties with the other companies of the Group
• Team support for other duties assigned

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: At least 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in a PEI or training institution.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CPE, EduTrust, WSQ, and other regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project budget for precast concrete elements, ensuring adherence to cost targets.
• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for various precast suppliers and subcontractors, identifying the most cost-effective options.
• Monitor and track project costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing corrective measures.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for precast concrete components, using industry-standard methods.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive bill of quantities for the precast elements, including materials, labor, and installation costs.
• Review and analyze shop drawings for precast elements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of subcontracts for precast concrete supply and installation.
• Negotiate and administer subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare and process variation orders for changes to precast scope and quantities, ensuring accurate cost adjustments.
• Manage and track subcontract payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
• Prepare and submit progress claims for precast work, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
• Prepare and negotiate final accounts for precast work, ensuring complete settlement and payment.
• Prepare and manage claims for variations, delays, and other contractual issues related to precast work.
• Assist the Project Management in all contractual and costing matters related to precast concrete.
• All other adhoc duties as and when directed.

Job Requirements

• Possess Degree / Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

The Executive (Programme) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) by planning, implementing, and managing programmes and services that promote active and healthy ageing. Reporting to the Centre Supervisor, the Executive will work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to create a supportive and engaging environment for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Planning and Implementation:

• Develop and organize programmes aligned with the five domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, and Vocational.
