• Liaise with Creative Team for overall conceptualization and production of marketing materials and projects
• Execute A&P activities
• Media buying and monitoring of ads
• Assist in events such as roadshows, exhibitions and seminars
• Tracking of Budget and monthly A&P reporting duties
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of design related materials for audit purposes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields with 1-3 years of prior experience in advertising, brand communications, e-commerce and digital media
• Meticulous executor with a keen eye for details
• Good interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills
• Detail oriented, strong organisational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of digital mediums, including digital media
• Relevant experience in graphic design and knowledge in basic photography and videography will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and flash will be an added advantage.
