The Senior Specialist, Demand Planning sits within the wider merchandising department and is responsible for forecasting and analyzing sales productivity for Castlery’s assortment, as well as implementing initiatives that improve inventory optimization and drive business growth.

They will work closely with customer-facing teams to gain deep understanding of our sales strategy, and partner with supply chain teams to ensure that inventory levels can efficiently support and achieve sales targets. What you’ll be doing

• Monthly management of SKU level demand forecast for active assortment and future launches. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand ongoing promotion and campaign strategies that would impact forecast.
• Quarterly review and analysis of category’s assortment performance, identify areas of opportunity and action plans to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Partner with the Supply Chain Orchestration team to continuously improve forecasting logic and accuracy.

Our client, a shipping company, is on a lookout for a Technical Superintendent (Offshore) to join their team based in their Singapore office!

Responsibilities:

• Technical operations and monitoring of assigned offshore vessels
• Carrying out routine vessel inspections and technical audits per company polices and requirements
• Ensuring the ship’s staff comply with management policies and establishes organization and control of maintenance and dry-docking of vessels
• Responsible for controlling assigned vessels technical budget etc.
• Arrange and coordinate with assigned vessels, class surveyors, auditors to arrange statutory & class surveys/annual DP trials, and compliance with international regulations, flag state, and company standards.
• Technical and Management reports including vessel performance scorecards, KPI’s and others as required by the clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Maritime Studies or in a relevant discipline
• Has previous experience managing OSV (AHTS, PSV etc.) and Subsea vessels is a must
• Possessing a Marine Engineer Class 1, 2 would be an added advantage
• Good communication and people management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technical operations environment
• Analytical and highly proactive in technical troubleshooting and problem solving
