Job Description:

Management / Statutory Reporting

- Ensure timely and accurate financial month end closing (full sets) with management schedules

Job Details:

• Basic Salary ranges from $3,500 - $4,500 (Depends on experience) + $100 Mobile

• Allowance + $350 Transport + Quarterly Incentive (Commission)

• Location: Raffles

• Working Hours & Days: Mon to Fri – 9AM to 630PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Calling, face to face meeting & leads generation to promote corporate products such as loans to corporate companies

• Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.

• Building rapport and maintaining a good professional relationship with clients.

• Follow up on the client's application and documents

• Assist in the applications process

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline

• Preferable with at least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in any industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Quotation Request from the assigned list of Resellers
• Managed and Support all Enquiries pertaining to this set of resellers
• Weekly update of Funnel Report on all quotation sent out to overseas account if any
• Monitor Renewals potential (both Product & TS) and send quotation 1-2 months ahead of the expiry date to all resellers
• Order Processing inclusive of overseas order
• Special Pricing Approval (SPA) request to vendor if required
• Export Permit Licensing Request to vendor for all government and government link project
• Order Tracking and Shipment Release
• Arrange/Coordinate for Delivery on Demo Equipment with store as well as resellers
• Handle MDF and MPRF costing sheets when needed
• Cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients
• Assist on administrative tasks and other internal support when required

Requirements:

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification.
• Have effective communication skills both orally and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
• Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up

Job Description:

Support operations of Animal and Plant Health Centre (APHC) Counter

• Attend to customers’ verbal / written queries.
• Liaise with internal and external customers on laboratory test services
• General administrative duties
• Any other duties as assigned

Contract Duration: 5 Months (Immediate Vacancy)

Mon - Thurs : 8.00am - 5.30pm (8.5hrs);

Fri : 8.00am - 5.00pm (8hrs)

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
• Able to use simple mobile technology
• Open to learning
• Have handman work experience
• Basic command of English, spoken and written
• Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
• Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license is a must (vehicle provided)
