Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Customer Success Manager who will own post-sales customer activities with responsibilities in project implementation, account renewals, pipeline referrals and customer satisfaction. What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for overall customer wellbeing by monitoring customer health and acting as an escalation point for customer issues.
