• Answering of service phone calls and preparing of service reports
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by management

Requirements:

• Min. GCE "O" Level with Certificate or Diploma in Business / Accounting / Finance
• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office (eg. Words, Excel)
• Experience in accounting software (eg. MYOB, XERO) will be an advantage
• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Well-spoken and written in English and Mandarin
• Organised and meticulous with good attention to details
• Good time management, resourceful and ability to multi-task

Working Hours:

• 5.5 day work week (Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm)
• Salary from $2,500.00/mth
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate

Summary

• Salary : Basic + Allowance + Commission = Gross $2400 - $2700
• Location : ION / Tampines / VIVO City
• 5 Days (Includes weekends & PH), 44 hours per week

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to the customers
• Assisting customers with product testing
• Provide recommendation to the customer
• Upkeep merchandise visual management and store cleanliness
• Well informed of store campaigns and promotions

Requirements :

• Candidates with retail or services industries experience will have added advantage
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
