Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Accounts Payable located in Ubi Road. Our client is in the automotive industry. You'll be responsible for circulating suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting. You'll also prepare payments for suppliers and perform monthly reconciliations of creditors' statements of accounts. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing journal entries for the monthly closing of accounts and handle any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experiences in using Kerridge Commercial Systems will be advantage
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years’ experience in construction management on the installation for mechanical & electrical turnkey projects.
• Managing direct workers and subcontractors.

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
