• The point of contact for technical issue for all Hard-services at the site.
• Liaising with vendors on timely submission of invoices and/or required corrections
• Track M&E preventive maintenance program accordance to 52-week schedule.
• Responsible for smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the site facilities. Also includes Audio Visual, Fire
• Protection System, Passenger Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Gym Equipment, Fire Certificate Renewal and Bicycle Servicing.
• Manage the M&E scope of the adhoc works including handyman works to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required
• Conduct regular site inspection and provide solution through adhoc works and minor projects.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors and ensure the completion of all adhoc works and minor projects.
• Ensure all M&E works are compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
• Maintain register of all call outs and support the site to prepare incident reports.
• To cover other sites if there is an absence in FC.
• Perform spare management by ordering and receiving and take stock as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Facilities professional experience
• Strong Facilities Technical (Mechanical and Electrical) knowledge and experience;
• Able to handle manual duties and perform regular facilities inspections;
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure;
