Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Intern to join our IT team. This position offers hands-on experience in the field of Information Technology, providing support to various IT projects and assisting in daily IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

• Assist in managing network and system administration tasks.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

-Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes

-Handle company insurance renewals, including Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Worker Medical, Vehicle insurance

-Coordinate training and development initiatives, such as CSOC and core trade classes

-Liaise with dormitory operators on workers’ dorm matters

-Manage government-related tasks, including MOM, government paid leave applications, levy waivers

-Manage the whole recruitment cycle if necessary

-Handle administrative requests from managers and directors

-Assist and provide administrative support for all departments

-Handle administrative documents, update and maintain proper records and proper filing systems

-Answer phone calls, checking and replying daily emails. You are advised to maintain a polite and professional manner of communication

-Perform general clerical duties which include preparing of documents and filing

-Handle office upkeeps such as replenishment of stationeries

-Manage and maintain contracts/agreements related to office

-Any other administrative ad-hoc matters or undertake additional task and responsibilities when required

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and score a range of psychological assessments tailored to the needs of residents.
• Interpret assessment results to inform the development of individualized care plans (ICPs).
• Develop and implement tailored psychological interventions to support the mental health and overall well-being of residents.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to integrate interventions into residents’ ICPs.
• Plan and facilitate group work sessions aimed at enhancing social skills, emotional regulation, and coping mechanisms for residents.
• Engage with families of residents to provide psychoeducation and support, enhancing the effectiveness of interventions.
• Provide coaching in various settings to ensure the generalization of positive behaviors and strategies learned in individual sessions.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and research to contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of programs.
• Collaborate with other professionals to design and implement research projects aimed at understanding and improving resident outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or higher, with a strong foundation in psychological assessment, intervention, and research.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the social service sector, with a focus on children and youth.
• Full membership with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) would be advantageous.
• Deep understanding of established psychological theories and current research on child and youth mental health and development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Familiarity with various psychotherapy or counselling modalities would be Positive attitude with the ability to think creatively and adapt to unforeseen challenges.
• Proven ability to manage stress and handle crises effectively, making calm and informed decisions under pressure.

You will perform the following duties; but not limited to;

• To do receipt & issue of good
• To be responsible for all movements of inventory to and from warehouse
• To operate stacker / reach truck to load & unload goods (Trucks/Container)
• To assist driver on delivery (whenever necessary)
• To maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Report to Storekeeper
• To do other adhoc duties assign by Manager or Storekeeper.

• Min 2 years experience working in warehouse environment is required.
