Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in project management for industrial park and industrial asset developments in the South-east Asian Region to ensure works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality

You would ideally have experience handling a wide range of legal matters and are comfortable providing senior management complex, multi-jurisdictional legal guidance. The scope of work will include drafting and negotiating various legal documents, advising on product and commercial structuring, partnership arrangements, relevant regulatory matters, establishment and implementation of governance and compliance processes, and oversight of corporate secretarial services.

What you will be doing:

Strategy and Advisory

• Overall responsibility for legal matters and managing audax’s legal requirements.
• Work in alliance with audax management team and SC Ventures Legal to ensure compliance by audax and its directors with (i) relevant regulatory requirements, (ii) privacy laws, (iii) outsourcing requirements and (iv) any other policies, standards, and guidelines applicable to audax.
• Provide general corporate, and commercial legal directions across the business, supporting its needs in Singapore and elsewhere as it expands into new territories.
• Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to software development, SaaS, data transfer, strategic partnerships, product-specific terms, and terms of use for audax’s platform.

• Keep updated on relevant changes in law and regulations, shifting industry or market practices and litigation affecting audax.
• Participate in the Board Risk Committee and Enterprise Risk Committee and manage issues involving product related legal, regulatory, and reputational risks,

• Establish and maintain strong governance of services and products.

Corporate Secretarial & Board Support

Job Summary:

The Cloud Operations Architect will lead and manage troubleshooting, support, and operations across various domain teams, ensuring the seamless implementation of Day 1 cloud solutions and the effective management of Day 2 operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end troubleshooting and support across domain teams for both Day 1 implementation and Day 2 operations of Cloud Operations.
• Architect, implement, and maintain large-scale IT projects in complex environments.
• Provide solutions and resolve issues related to cloud technologies and third-party integrations.
• Leverage expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and stakeholders to articulate technical decisions and provide data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices, particularly in cloud, microservices architecture, and software development.
• Drive the adoption of cloud best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and organizational objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within teams to enhance technical competencies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality delivery.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecting IT projects in large-scale environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, especially in Microsoft Azure.

Certifications:

Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly advantageous).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies or equivalent.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, cloud computing, and software development best practices.
• System thinking skills with the ability to visualize and design holistic architectures.

WTT CEO OFFICE COORDINATOR

WTT is currently in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The WTT CEO Office Coordinator is a pivotal position within the organization, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director of the CEO Office, CEO as well as leadership team where neccessary in a fast-paced and exciting event management setting.

This role will be based in the World Table Tennis office in Singapore and reports to the Director – CEO Office. Flexibility is key, as the nature of the work requires a willingness to adapt to varying schedules and demands beyond regular office hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with intricate assignments, showcasing agility in problem-solving and maintaining high integrity standards
• Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials and reports before and after meetings
• Plan and execute the organization's events and activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Support calendar scheduling and travel management for the leadership team
• Handle protocol at events and meetings with finesse
• Execute a range of routine and complex administrative tasks independently, ensuring seamless project execution and day-to-day office operations to support the CEO's office team
• Assist in drafting and responding to official communications to internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Proactively ensure follow-ups and completion of various projects and tasks within established deadlines, delivering high-quality outcomes
• Embrace the opportunity to travel for events, with specific responsibilities discussed and agreed upon separately
• Any other duties as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role, including diary and travel arrangement.
• Proven experience handling highly confidential information and documents.
• Strong organizational, writing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering efficiently under pressure.
• Positive, hard-working "can-do" attitude, adept at multitasking on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to the fluid nature of the role.
• Expertise in managing different time zones.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language highly preferred due to the international nature of managing internal and external parties.
• Excellent Microsoft Word skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Passion for creative problem-solving and solutions.

Desirable:

• Experience in customer service or executive assistant roles within the leisure/hospitality industry, with event experience being advantageous.
• Legal background.
• Previous experience in an agency or property holder environment is desirable.
