Pre-Shift Tasks

During Shift Tasks

• Loading Dishes:
• Operating the Dishwasher:Start and monitor wash cycles, ensuring proper functioning.
  
• Unloading Dishes:Carefully unload clean dishes and utensils, checking for cleanliness and dryness.
  Store clean items in designated locations.
  
• Manual Washing:Wash large pots, pans, and other items by hand when necessary.
