We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage the month end closing, forecasting and budgeting cycles. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel. This is a 7-months contract.

Responsibilities:

Lead Month End Close Process:

• Analyze the P&L and follow up with stakeholders to ensure all accrual entries are accurately stated and completed
• Summarize and present month end P&L results, including variance analysis to management
• Collaborate with the outsourcing team (RAS team) to ensure month end close process is completed timely and with accuracy

Lead Forecasting and Budgeting Process:

• Leverage the Asia Forecasting and Budgeting models for ASEAN
• Partner with stakeholders to gain insights and achieve forecast and budget accuracy
• Summarize and present monthly forecast and annual budget numbers, including variance analysis to management

Systems, Tools and Processes:

• Deep understanding of the relevant systems, tools and processes is necessary to effectively perform job functions
• Identify and drive improvements in processes, support new business programs by leveraging innovative technology solutions, and work with policy owners to drive program improvements and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field is desirable.
• Ideally 6+ years relevant experience in large multinational corporate is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High-level of integrity, self-confidence, demonstrated change management and support for a diverse and inclusive culture
• Motivated self-starter that can clearly identify and articulate to management the financial results and variance analysis
• Working with large volumes of data, able to simplify that in a view to present to management, able to explain variances in a clear manner
• Good presentation skills and able to communicate with clarity and in a concise manner

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the activities of the cost accounting function.
• Oversees the gathering of historical cost data, investigation of cost structures, pricing of new services or products, and preparation of budget versus actual expense reports. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures.
• Performs timely month-end close and submission of management reports.
• Performs timely analysis of financial results to help management drive plant’s KPIs and profitability.
• Drives the plant in asset management through monitoring of AR, physical inventory, fixed assets control, CAPEX forecast and CIP tracking.
• Ensures corporate governance and adherence to key corporate policies through review of the plant’s processes and approval of daily transactions.
• Coordinates USGAAP, SOX and statutory audits
• Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for training and development, and performance management of the staff.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum CPA and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, of which 2 years should be in a supervisory / management capacity in manufacturing environment.

· Proven 5 years and above experience in procurement or supply chain management within the Food Catering industry.

· Strong knowledge of food products, ingredients, and supply chain dynamics within the Food Catering industry.

· Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

· Familiarity with relevant food safety and quality assurance standards and regulations

Role Description:

The Waste Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the plant, including equipment management, worker scheduling, and overall plant maintenance.
