About The Performance Management Function and Team

Specific Accountabilities for this role

• Support and advise markets on the commercial aspects before an investment application is raised.

3. Business Planning & Budgeting

• Support and coordinate the Budget / Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and Rolling Forecast in alignment with global standards and procedures.
• Monitor and track one-time impacts that need to be considered in budget planning and forecasting.
• Work with other Contract Logistics functions to obtain holistic overview on financial impacts from respective function initiatives.

4. KEEP & Contract Management

• Maintain and ensure data accuracy of central customer contract database.
• Drive timely renewal of existing contracts by reflecting contract status in forward looking manner.
• Main point of contact for contract management process in alignment with global SOP
• Conduct deep dive analysis and diagnostics approach to reduce contract deficiencies.
• Review contractual and commercial solutions with stakeholders and provide measures to improve customers profitability

Job Description:

• Assist to verify monthly claims reimbursement from various projects.
• Ensure month-end and yearly closing deadline are met and compliance to local rule and regulation.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts payables and Accounts receivable.
• Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions on time.
• Liaise with Commercial Department on projects invoicing & Work in progress.
• Prepare and analyse project budget and forecast reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in accountancy/ finance or equivalent.
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable to liaise with top management to workers.
• Willing to work in container type office and travel across Singapore from site to site.
• 5.5 working days work.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree or Equivalent or Track Record of Student Results
• Have sound training or understanding in teaching pedagogy
• Good understanding of Singapore examination formats, expectations and trends.
• Strong Personal Belief in Punctuality, Integrity, Honesty, Teamwork, and Empathy.
• Able to work on at least one weekend and selected weekdays afternoons.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach small class sizes of up to 8 students,
• Scope of work includes delivering Eureka English Curriculum lessons, marking of assignments and giving periodic student feedbacks.
• Willing to adopt Eureka Writing Techniques™, Eureka Critical Thinking Strategies™
• Build rapport with parents and update them on their child’s academic and personal progress.
