This position is created to promote and accelerate the international expansion in Asia Pacific region. The Investments and M&A team is instrumental in originating, analysing, and executing M&A opportunities and strategic analysis. • Analyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options and provide reports of findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• At least 10 years in core valuation, M&A, corporate finance or investment analysis. Big4, Investment Banking or Private Equity background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE), financing, accounting, and strategic analysis.
• M&A due diligence and deal negotiation (SPA, SHA, JDA, JV) experience required. Deal execution experience within APAC region countries is strongly desired.
