• Assist clients with the procurement of the bonds such as drafting the necessary forms, submitting the documents to insurers, generate billing, follow up on premium payment and so on
• Ensure proper documentation of policies & correspondence
• Maintain a current and accurate filing system of these documents

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder with minimum 1 year working experience
• Meticulous and pays attention to details
• Excellent attitude towards customer service & good communication skills
• Keen to learn and has positive work attitude; good team player
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead sales engineer to ensure marketing strategy, KPI implementation and sales achievement within allocated territories
• Support and motivate the team members to achieve KPIs
• Proactively inspect, analyse and report on, to the Business Director, the training activity, effectiveness and effort from the team, to ensure that the training and education efforts and results meet company expectations;
• Improve the performance of the team by identifying, implementing and managing business resources, programs, sales tools, and sales growth initiatives;
• Collaborate with principal suppliers to help develop & introduce new products into the assigned region
