Customer Communication:

• Liaise with customers on quotations, orders confirmation, delivery schedules, and any special requests.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for order fulfillment.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) to suppliers for stock replenishment as needed.

What we're looking for

Educational Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in order processing, shipping coordination, or a similar role.

Skills:

• Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures, including customs clearance and international shipping regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Technical Proficiency:
