i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our E-Commerce platforms to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and prices.
  • Set and update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.
  • Manage online payment gateways, resolve payment issues, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team and cross department teams to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • Process online orders from all online domains and manage order tracking and delivery status.
  • Pack orders and coordinate order processing to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering queries, educating customers about products, and handling feedback.
  • Drive E-Commerce strategy, evaluating technology alternatives, mobile applications, and third-party sales channels.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in E-Commerce operations.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Must be computer savvy with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

Job Description

• To assist in ongoing Projects and maintenance of equipment.
• Carry out all warranty, preventive maintenance, & breakdown service jobs assigned
• Testing and Commission of equipment.
• Pre-delivery checks and assembly of equipment.
• Co-ordinate with customers for all repairs, quotations for repair and spare parts.
• Meeting organization goal to turnaround within 4 - 10 hours on site during office hours on weekdays.
• Able to work independently in a Hospital environment and as and when required, to perform duty after office hours.
• Familiarize with relevant local regulatory standard such as Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSH Act) and ensure compliance.
• Familiarize with the relevant GDPMD / ISO procedure & always operate within the guideline.
• Prepare job sheets, seek customers approval/confirmation, co-ordinate with SOM to invoice with correct spare parts.
• Ensure timely job sheet closure to speed up billing processes to reduce AR & Inventory holding.
• Familiarize with all risk management processes and ensure compliance at site.
• Responsible to do it right first time and be aligned to aim for zero complaints.
• Attend all training or re-training identified and contributes to continual improvement by giving constructive feedback to manufacturer.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering
• Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably in hospital environment or engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong engineering knowledge.
