Summary:

The Managed Service Technician provides technical support (level 1 troubleshooting) and expertise for clients, ensuring their IT systems are running efficiently. They handle incidents, perform regular maintenance, and support the deployment of new solutions, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities

Technical Support (level 1 troubleshooting)

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues for clients.
• Provide on-site support as needed.
• Respond to tickets and inquiries within agreed timelines.

System Maintenance:

· Monitor and maintain client systems, networks, and servers.

· Perform regular updates, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.

· Ensure all systems are patched and protected against vulnerabilities.

Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure hardware and networking equipment.
• Deploy new systems and applications based on client requirements.
• Document configuration changes and create support materials.

Client Management:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their IT needs.
• Provide guidance and recommendations for improving IT operations.
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Incident Management:

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or engineers.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Analyze recurring problems and suggest long-term solutions.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1+ years in IT support, network administration, or a related role.
• Open to fresh graduates with at least a Diploma in Engineering or any IT hardware related certification

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and routers.
• Experience with IT hardware
• Experience with audio visual technology would be advantageous

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment:

• On-site and office work depending on client needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Maintain full set of company account
• Prepare monthly management reports and audit schedules
• Prepare flux analysis for project accounting
• Work closely with various departments to facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures
• Prepare quarterly group reporting schedules for Consolidation team
• Print monthly statement of accounts to customers and prepare monthly collection report
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank, customer, supplier and intercompany accounts
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
• Handle and verify petty cash claims and payments
• Prepare cash flow forecast reports for Treasury team
• Prepare GST returns for quarterly GST filing
• Assist in preparing documents for annual audit
• Perform any other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or partial ACCA
• 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure with positive work attitude and cope with tight deadlines
• Strong in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office skills
• Pro-active and results-oriented
• Meticulous and pleasant personality
• Good team player

• Assist in stock take.

Requirements & Skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience preferred.
• With class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
• A fast learner with an eye for details.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare Sales presentation materials and solution demonstrations to the clients.

· Understand and prepare technical and commercial proposal by collaborating with various internal teams.

· Collaborate with business consultant and pre-sales to develop customer capture plan and ensure winning proposal strategy.

· Co-ordinates the formulation of price quotations and solution proposals, submission of sales contracts for orders and maintenance of customer records

· Performs follow-up actions to close sales, and monitor payment fulfillment activities

· Applies a consultative sales approach to propose the most appropriate solutions to address the needs of clients

· Describe Software Product and explain how each Solution will work

· Update your manager about the daily action summary

· Provide projections by studying sales trends and forward tracking reports to the manager
