• Responsible for the management of Site Reliability Engineering, have hands-on knowledge on manage & troubleshot server, network and applications;
• Responsible for the deployment and daily monitoring of the company's business systems to ensure the normal operation and emergency response;
• Provide in-depth understanding of the operation and maintenance architecture, good at architecture design, performance optimization, platform security; Responsible for the improvement of the operation and maintenance team skills, to ensure the professional level of the operation and maintenance team.
• Establish and improve standardized operation systems for DevOps team. Use a sound management strategies and security strategies to ensure the quality of operation and maintenance;

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with automation deployment, proficient in how to build the most of popular monitoring system in the market. SVN/Git version control system and proficient in CICD configuration;
• Hands-on knowledge in Nginx configuration, Load balancer (SLB) configuration. Familiar with Node.js running environment will be an advantage.
• Skilled in managing Linux systems and security, with experience in operation and maintenance of large websites or web application platforms;
• Understand common knowledge about the network, familiar with firewall, VPN, DHCP, DNS and other network technologies. Familiar with high availability/load balancing technology will be an advantage;
• High sense of responsibility, strong ability to analyze and eliminate faults, good at learning at work, able to withstand work stress;
• Understand the penetration test, have experience in safe operation and maintenance, and have working experience in Cloud platforms (AZURE, AWS or Google);

• Learn how to fly our diverse fleet of drone systems (both manual and automated piloting) for a variety of applications

• Learn how to set up and operate complex aerial operations, including facade inspections, landscape surveying and 3D modelling .
• Be in charge of ground handling, pre-flight, post-flight, and routine maintenance of drone systems, as well as the installation of ground-based infrastructure at take-off and landing sites.
• Support a shift rotation
• Evaluate risk associated with operations of drone
• Maintenance of both in house and clients' drones
• Improve current operations SOP for drone
• Drive data collection process using any other ground sensors
• Participate and support in post project data processing requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Business, or any field
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Certification in a 7 Kg UA Pilot Liscence would be advantageous
• Past drone flying/remote controlled flying experience

As a Senior Systems Analyst (Business Intelligence) , you will :

Play a key role in designing and implementing innovative BI and AI/ML solutions, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Azure and Power BI for the Company.

As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, designing and implementing scalable and efficient BI solutions and digital initiatives but not limited to AI/ML and Generative AI within Venture Group.

• In charge of managing and implementing end-to-end BI solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance using waterfall Project Management methodology for Group Wide stakeholders.
• Managing and implementing digital initiatives that emphasizes flexibility,collaboration and feedback using agile approach for Group Wide stakeholders.
• Understand and analyze users’ business requirements and processes, study ROI, and recommend solutions proposals to management.
• Collaborate with BI and cross-functional team members on projects that can achieve the company’s goals.
• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and optimized data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations for efficient delivery to Power BI.
• Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate Azure services and tools to meet business requirements and optimize solution performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Manage projects and support activities with team members.
• Make proposals that encompass, but are not limited to architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, system specifications, requirements, and user manuals for the organization.
• Supervise best practices and standards in BI solution development via code review.
• Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security with effective governance for sensitive information protection.
• Participate in evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies such as Generative AI through studies and proof of concepts.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent, with min 5 years relevant experience.
• Manufacturing experience and supply chain knowledge is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data integration concepts as well as data governance and security.
• Experience in project activities.
• Experience in ETL and data analysis by using Python such as pyspark, pandas, scipy, numpy.
• Experience in GenAI project execution will be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of SAP ERP modules will be advantageous.
• Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications and design using Azure and Power BI.
• Team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
• Self-motivated with initiative and drive.
• Able to prioritize, deliver, and maintain all reporting projects group-wide.
• Assist in the daily support of end-users’ ability to utilize the reporting platform effectively and efficiently.
