RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.
• Take charge of incidents during incipient stages before the arrival of appointed person.

• Manage and operate building systems to achieve energy efficiency and water saving and 3 also to reduce & recycling of waste.
• To ensure that the CERT response appropriately and promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Open to work on weekdays/weekends/public holidays (depending event requirements) when required.

Job Description

• As the deputy of Investment Management GM in APAC region, review the strategy and profitability of investment projects being studied by APAC HQ and Business Division, and improve the quality of the projects, thereby contributing to the sound expansion of investment projects in APAC region.
• Promote post-merger integration (PMI), value enhancement, and the development of an efficient monitoring system for portfolio companies in APAC region, in cooperation with business divisions and corporate divisions of regional HQ and offices in each country in APAC, as well as with portfolio companies.

The Worship Ministry Training (WMTC) Coordinator plays a crucial and signicant role in the Worship Ministry Team and is responsible for the training and development of existing and new musicians for Redemption Hill Church (RHC) worship ministry. Furthermore, this will help in shaping the ministry and support the church planting vision. This staff will be given opportunity to learn what it means to lead the worship ministry, which will include spearheading the recruiting, auditioning and training of musicians. The WMTC manages the rostering of volunteers and the week-to-week preparation and coordination for Sunday worship with the goal of ensuring a smooth and God-glorifying worship experience at RHC Sunday Services and events.
