Your key responsibilities

As an Associate/ Senior Associate within Real Estate Valuation team, you are likely to perform a range of tasks associated with the appraisal and review of real estate assets.

In your role you will:

• Provide internal valuation support to the assurance department relating to financial reporting.
• Critically examining appraisal reports and challenging key assumptions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant standards and guidelines.
