The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver quality auditing services to clients and their stakeholders
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
• Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately address risk
• Direct field work, manage engagement economics and inform supervisors of the audit engagement status
• Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed
• Supervise junior engagement team members and develop them through effectively delegating audit tasks and providing guidance to assurance staff
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients' satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, obtained Singapore CPA qualification

• Support the division to drive the strategic planning (Long-term and annual planning) process and cascading plans across the institution
• Perform analysis to identify organisational effectiveness, strengths and weaknesses

• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and streamline work planning with resource planning
• Support in the development, review and communication of policies, frameworks and processes

• Support the division’s involvement in the preparation of the periodic reports to the management and Board of Trustees and government bodies
