RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an E-Commerce Senior Executive to lead our online Marketplace for our eCommerce products and services. This role will support the planning, development and implementation of Singapore EXPOs e-commerce platform, as well as coordinating with clients and vendors on order fulfilments and support the development and execution of on-site and online marketing initiatives to drive sales and fulfilment.

• Support the planning, development, and implementation of the company owned sales online platform
• Support the development of companys e-commerce strategy, including defining and setting best practices for eCommerce content management, update documentation and ensure best practice is maintained across the website
• Build and work with wider teams, partners and vendors and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce operations web development, content management, order fulfilment, pricing management
• Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion
• Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.

Intro:

The Capital Markets team in APAC provide corporate administration, private trustee and agency and specialised outsourcing services to some of the world’s biggest investment banks, private equity firms, alternative finance lenders, fund managers, borrowers, and capital markets participants across the full range of asset classes.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Input and process of approved Client Payments – Daily/weekly payments and ad-hoc urgent payments.
• Create Payment Procedures for new clients and banking platforms as they arise.
• IPD and Waterfall Calculations – developing and maintaining waterfall/IPD reporting through lifecycle of transaction.
• Ensure all deliverable deadlines are completed in a timely manner regarding the quarterly IPD's for Clients.
• Maintain a good relationship with clients, suppliers, arrangers, colleagues and banks.
• New client on-boarding - ensure that when an agreed payments process is in place for new and existing clients, that it is always followed and adhered to.
• Managing and monitoring cash positions of client of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions and on multiple platforms.
• Management and prioritisation of teamwork flow and deliverables
• Assisting in the provision of client due diligence and anti-money laundering requirements both when onboarding new clients/transactions and adhoc.
• Liaison with other in-house departments and external clients to ensure accurate and timely settlement of all transactions.
• Actively contributing to process improvements within the team & to a positive office environment.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Ideally 3+ years in a Banking/Financial services Industry
• General banking skills are essential, as is the ability to recognise key issues in relation to our clients’ activities
• The successful candidate should have strong communications and organisational skills, along with an ability to think on their feet and to work in a resourceful manner. They should be capable of working on their own initiative but also work well in a team & be comfortable delegating to and managing workflow of colleagues as required.

• Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring all their queries are acknowledged, investigated and resolved in a timely and professional manner and in line with departmental standards

• Strong Custody operational/client service experience in APAC and European markets
• Ability to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients in Greater China region and/or experience in international markets would be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under high pressure situations.
