The Chinese Banquet Sous Chef leads the culinary operations for Chinese banquets and catering events, ensuring authentic, high-quality dishes and adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards. What you bring:

Guest Services Associate (Bell Desk)

The Guest Services Associate is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start.
Welcoming guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience upon check-in, during the guest’s stay, and on departure. Job Descriptions

• Prepare full set of accounts
• Data entry AP & AR, Bank reconciliation
• Prepare GST, accounting schedules
• Conducting periodic account closing operations
• Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or taxation reporting documents
• Respond to client inquiries
• Maintaining up-to-date customer master data records
• Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiar with Xero accounting software
• Handle sensitive information in confidential manner

Requirements

• At least diploma and above
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Detailed and careful person
• Preferably able to speak/write/read in Mandarin to liaise Chinese clients
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Experience in administration would be an advantage

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
