• Troubleshooting and replacement of hardware.
• Troubleshooting of operating system.

Required experience/skills:

• Experience with Windows, Dell, IBM and HP.
• Manage systems like standalone servers, blade systems, storage and network equipment from Dell (PowerEdge systems, PowerVault and EqualLogic storages), HP (HPUX integrity systems and Proliant systems), Cisco (UCS standalone and blade systems) and IBM (xSeries systems).
• IT systems infrastructure hardware and software maintenance and repair, systems deployment and integration on a broad spectrum of Enterprise IT equipment.
• From servers (such as HP and IBM Servers running various versions of Windows Servers and Linux, Unix and Sun Oracle Solaris), to network equipment (Alcatel, HP Switches, Cisco Systems Managed Network Routers and Switches and Cisco Systems PIX and McAfee firewall maintenance), to HP and IBM tape libraries, EMC SAN storage as well as Laptops, PCs and Business Laser Printers and Multi-Functional Copiers from various vendors.

• Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage.

Key Accountabilities:

• Technical knowledge required in SAP-ABAP programming, smart forms, BAPI, BDC, and user exits.
• Ability to independently handle requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities for user sign-offs.
• Preferably, a minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation experience of SAP as an Analyst/Consultant.
