Mission

· As a member of the PowerCARD maintenance team, provide proactive, prompt, effective and efficient support to ensure resolution of reported complex incidents, within specified SLAs.

The role of the regional Head of Support:

· Good knowledge of aesthetics treatments and procedures.

· Hands-on experience in performing treatments.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service sills.

· Basic language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients on different beauty treatments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install electrical appliances (mainly water purifier)
• Troubleshoot and identify solutions to on-site technical problems involving electrical and mechanical systems equipment
• Submit daily task reports and able to multitask
• Conduct basic user-training to customers and payment collection
• Coordinate with NCSC job scheduling work
• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of technician experience is required
• Minimum education: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Basic drilling and basic plumbing skill
• Knowledge in servicing home appliances will be an added advantage
• Work requires local travel
• Good communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Must possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle

Other Information:

• Salary: $2,000 - $2,700
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m to 6 p.m. Will be required to work alternate Saturdays, 9 a.m to 6 p.m.
